Arizona Supreme Court Decides 1864 Ban on Abortion is Enforceable
White-hot takes on current events from regular people like you!
“This is ridiculous. When you spill something on the counter you don’t want to just push it around. And imagine the situation this creates with tampons. Wait, you did say ‘absorption,’ right?”
– Tiphany Ming, Shopping Cart User
“The angry response to this ruling saddens me. Too many people are upset by new developments and just want to live in the past.”
– Colin Moriarty, Restless Leg Syndrome Survivor
“People with high IQs will always figure out how to terminate pregnancies. Conservatives will see they didn’t win this one in a few decades, when none of us smart people exist anymore.”
– Francis Cone, Failed Recovering Alcoholic
“I keep a second home in Arizona because of its mild winters and fantastic abortions. I guess now I have to decide whether to freeze or have an annoying baby around.”
– Joan Cartwright, Human Cannonball
Using abortion as a birth control measure is tragic and unfair to the future person that ends up in a recycle bin or has organs removed and tossed in the trash. Men and women looking for love in all the wrong places should be prepared for the rump dump so the little ones don't have to be sacrificed for their indiscretions and biological desires. Just saying!
Who exactly is running the law.schools in the US? They've made it rather easy for the judges. Last law passed, as amended where applicable, and not replaced / repealed = the law. Shocking!! The next thing you know, politicians will have to start passing laws to replace the ones they and their donors do not like AND get reelected.
I bet they resort to plebicite (sp?) / "ballot initiative" - mob rule only with polling & you're encouraged to mail it in weeks in advance.
